Britain has some of the oldest, leakiest homes in Europe — and the people in the hardest-to-heat homes can least afford to fix them. The data to see this clearly exists, but it's locked in jargon and spreadsheets. We make it a free public record anyone can read — households, reporters, councils. We don't sell tariffs or take sides. We just show what's true.
What we do
We're on no one's payroll: not an estate agent, not an installer, not an energy tariff company. We take the official data the government already collects — energy certificates, sale prices, fuel-poverty and deprivation figures — and make it a free public record anyone can read, for every home and neighbourhood in England and Wales. Plain enough for a homeowner making a decision about their own home. Rigorous enough for a reporter who needs the number to hold up in print.
Who it's for
Everyone with a stake in Britain's homes: homeowners weighing what to fix, renters who want to know what a place really costs to heat, landlords facing the 2030 standard for rented homes, and the reporters and councils who need the figures to hold up. The same record, read at whatever depth you need.
